CAST IRON & MARBLE STAND

A rare Grocers Cast Iron Framed Three Tier Display Stand, late 19th Century, by W.M. Parnall & Co. Ltd, 108 Victoria Street, Bristol, this company ceased trading in 1899.
Complete with its original white marble tiered shelves.
Makers mark on either side of the stand on an oblong brass plaque. (maker not connected with Parnall & Sons of Bristol)
Excellent condition, circa 1890
This stand would almost certainly have been used for displaying cheeses.
