FRENCH MODEL COFFER

A delightful French early 19th Century, possibly earlier, fruitwood miniature coffer, probably cherrywood, and complete with candle box.
Wonderful crusty original paint, and rich patina of age.
Signs of having once had side handles. Hinges probably replaced at some point in its life.

A great table box with much character.
